Former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson proved his punching power still hasn’t diminished in a recent commercial shoot for Pro Last boxing and MMA gear.
At 49, the one-time ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ was put through his paces on the heavy bag and showed some trademark left hooks and head movement which brought back memories of his fearsome days as the top fighter in the world.
‘Iron Mike’ ruled the boxing world in the mid-eighties and nineties in separate reigns as king of titles and pay-per-view, which cemented his place as one of the best of all time, in his day.
Tyson retired on the back of a horrid run towards the end of his 56-fight career, including losses to Kevin McBride and Danny Williams, before the gloves were finally hung up for good a decade ago.
The Brooklyn puncher has since branched out into movies and landed roles in ‘The Hangover’ franchise, ‘Scary Movie’ and more recently ‘Ip Man 3’ with Hong Kong Martial Arts star Donnie Yen.
