Ajtai, Kanalas square-off on January 10 in Budapest

Ajtai (18) brings a fine 12-1 record to the fight, with six wins inside the distance. He won the vacant Hungarian national Light Flyweight title last August with a unanimous decision over former WBF International Flyweight Champion Robert Kanalas.

Still only a teenager, as his opponent, Szilveszter Kanalas (17) enters his first championship fight undefeated at 7-0, having stopped five of his previous opponents. One of Hungary´s brightest prospects in the lighter weight classes, he holds a win over Ajtai in the amateurs and will be looking to repeat that result in the pros.

The Ajtai vs. Kanalas WBF World Light Flyweight title fight is the headliner of a show promoted by Profibox-Promotion, and will be televised live in Hungary by Fix TV.

Also on the card will be former WBF International titlist Zoltan Csala defending his Hungarian Heavyweight title, and a clash between former WBF International Middleweight champion Sandor Micsko and Krisztian Santa to decide the vacant Hungarian Super Welterweight title.
