Livingston Lightweight Thomas Dickson has been added to the MGM Promotions Scotland Burns Supper bill on the 28th January 2016 from Glasgow’s Crowne Plaza hotel.
Dickson made his professional debut on 5th December at Edinburgh’s Meadowbank Sports Centre on the undercard of the bill headlined by the 10 round war between David Brophy vs Tobias Webb. Dickson’s debut consisted of a four round points victory against the tried and tested Kris Laight. Dickson showed very good temperament for a 25 year old as well as showing an educated shot selection.
Dickson now looks ahead to his second pro outing one he seems to be excited to be on, “I’m looking forward too my next fight on January 28th. I can’t wait to perform and really put on a performance that people will remember and talk about! I had a couple of niggling things going on in the background before my the last fight but now I can relax do the work and be fully focused on the task ahead”.
Dickson joins Edinburgh Featherweight Stephen Tiffney, former amateur stablemate Cruiserweight Stephen Simmons and Glasgow’s Light Middleweight prospect Marc Kerr. The show includes a four course meal with a drinks reception at Glasgow Crowne Plaza hotel.
