Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury gave their closing statements on Tuesday as the pair went through the final press conference formalities in Dusseldorf.
Veteran champion Klitschko, 39, puts his WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight belts on the line against undefeated Fury in the most highly-anticipated top division battle for some time.
Fury has been his usual vocal self in the build-up, whilst Klitschko has been as cool as a cucumber – although both fighters looked like they meant business at the media gathering.
Following a month’s delay, the clash is just around the corner as Fury attempts to become the first man in over decade to inflict a loss on any Klitschko.
With a 24-0 record boasting 18 wins, the 25 year-old is predicting a changing of the guard on Saturday night when the pair go head-to-head as the ESPRIT Arena.
The all-conquering Klitschko – on the other hand, has been his usual stone-faced self throughout and just looks keen to hear the fist bell and begin trading blows with the challenger.
