Former British, Commonwealth and European title holder Galahad is currently serving out a suspension for failing a drugs test, despite protesting his innocence, and is due to return to action in September 2016.
Current world champions Frampton and Quigg are still said to be locked in talks to make a domestic super-fight, possibly early next year, and Galahad is hoping to be in a position to challenge the victory upon his return.
“Realistically, I don’t think fights with Carl Frampton or Scott Quigg were ever on the table before,” Galahad told World Boxing News.
“I sparred Quigg when I was 18 and he was on the way up, but he was – and still is, very one dimensional. I don’t think either one of them have ever been prepared to fight me.
“It will be interesting to see how far they have progressed by the time I step back into the ring and if they do fight I’d want to be facing the winner.
“Whoever wins will be at the top of the division when I return then I would certainly want to fight them. I would have to put myself in position as a mandatory though as I don’t think they would ever fight me voluntarily,” he added.
The talented 25 year-old previously told WBN that he aims to make his comeback right at the top level, therefore, could be in contention for a coveted world title shot by the beginning of 2017.
