Tyson Fury apologizes to fans, labels Wladimir Klitschko ‘a bitch’

Tyson Fury has given his initial reaction to the news that Wladimir Klitschko is out injured and that all his hard work will have to continue for weeks to come.

The 27 year-old has been locked in camp for what he thought would be the biggest night of his life on October 24, only to be told on Friday that he must wait until Klitschko recovers from a calf tear.

Fury now faces a waiting game as he bids to get over the shock announcement and had a predictable response for Klitschko when labelling the heavyweight champion ‘a bitch’ on his social media account.

The challenger’s main priority was the fans though as those who booked their travel arrangements are set to be the ones most hurt by the delay.

“Well, it’s official. Klitschko has pulled out of the fight with an injury to his leg, it’s a bit funny as I predicted this would happen,” said Fury.

“Don’t feel sorry for me I’ll be ok. I’m sorry for the fans again as they are the biggest losers here. Flights, hotels and travel, sorry guys.”

Klitschko, 40, should only be out for weeks, rather than months and it is hoped that the fight could be rearranged by the end of this year.

An official date is due to be made public by KMG next week.
