Bradley, Rios to confirm November 7 clash, Lomachenko to co-feature

Two-division world champion TIMOTHY “Desert Storm” BRADLEY JR., (32-1-1, 12 KOs), of Palm Springs, Calif., and former world champion BRANDON “Bam Bam” RIOS (33-2-1, 23 KOs), of Oxnard, California, both who have fought in Fights of the Year in 2013 and 2012, respectively, will announce their rumble next Wednesday, September 16.

The fighters and their teams, as well as two-time Ukrainian Olympic gold medalist and reigning WBO featherweight world champion VASYL LOMACHENKO (4-1, 2 KOs), and Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum, will be in attendance to talk about the event.

Editor’s note: Timothy Bradley is expected to defend his WBO welterweight title on the bill, which is due to take place at the Thomas and Mack Center on November 7 live on HBO, once Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions reach a step-aside deal.

As undefeated contender Sadam Ali is the mandatory challenger to Bradley’s crown, an agreement must be reached that is satisfactory to all parties or the fight will not be sanctioned for the World Boxing Organisation 147 pound belt.

More on this situation will follow on WBN soon.
