Watch: Dalton Miller discusses new deal with Goodwin Boxing

Miller has been out of the ring for over twelve months and after severing ties with his previous management decided to sign a three year deal with prolific boxing manager Steve Goodwin.

“It was an easy choice to make” said Miller “You only have to see what Steve is creating for boxers and there was only one man for me to sign with. I travelled to Goodwin’s offices and was really impressed when I got there. The whole set up is so professional and after speaking with the team knew I had made the right decision. I have never had planning or structured and I know when my next three fights will be and we are aiming for a title show middle of 2016.”

Goodwin said “We thrive on trying to either create or resurrect boxers dreams. I can see that Dalton had become disillusioned but he is now truly motivated and we have set him up with a new trainer also and as long as he keeps his part of the bargain we will deliver”.

“It happened for Denis Andries back in the day so why can’t it happen for me. This is a new start and a new beginning with a brilliant team” Miller ended on.

Miller will have his first fight under the Goodwin banner on 21st November at York Hall.

Will Miller prove to be a true life Rocky, we don’t know, but it will very interesting watching him try.
