Deontay Wilder linked to nightmare defense on September 26

One possible rival is rugged Mexican American, Chris ‘The Nightmare’ Arreola, an experienced fighter who’s already fought twice for the crown being defeated by Vitali Klitschko and Bermane Stiverne.

Arreola (36-4-0, 31 Ko’s) is fresh from defeating Curtis Harper in March, and is staying busy with a fight on July 18th against Fred Kassi. A handsome victory could propel Chris into pole position for a challenge against the champion.

On the other hand, Wilder (34-0-0, 33 Ko’s), who defeated Eric Molina by TKO in his last fight, will have to face the division´s mandatory challenger, Russian Alexander Povetkin, most probably during the first months of 2016.
