Floyd Mayweather Sr had a stark warning for Amir Khan just a day after they shared a phone conversation over a possible fight with his son.
Khan has posted an Instagram video stating that the chat was a ‘little crazy’ between the two, although Sr argued that the Briton had accused him of saying that he thought Khan was the only one who could challenge Mayweather Jr.
Sr clarified that this wasn’t the case and promised to ‘knock out’ Khan himself if he came down to the gym and said that so his face. The top trainer also said the he told Khan ‘he’d been knocked out by bums and hobos’ in the past and was clearly animated when discussing the phone call.
It seems a fight between Mayweather and Khan on September 12 is a lot further away than the Bolton man thinks.
