Newly crowned Latino lightweight champion of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), the Puerto Rican FELIX “EL DIAMANTE” VERDEJO , arrived in the big city where this Saturday, June 13th he will defend his title for the first time at Madison Square Garden.
Verdejo, who so far has amassed 17 victories, with no defeats and 13 stoppages, will risk his undefeated record and will put his belt up against unbeaten Mexican fighter IVAN “BAM BAM “NAJERA (16-0, 8 KOs).
