Super-middleweight contender James DeGale was put through his paces by trainer Jim McDonnell at a media workout in London on Thursday.
The 29 year-old battles Andre Dirrell for the vacant IBF title on May 23 at the Agganis Arena in Boston and was in top form as he completed his public training.
Both fighters have solitary defeats on their record as they head into what could be a career-defining clash as DeGale lost to George Groves and Dirrell was beaten by Carl Froch.
The winner of the fight could be in line to face either of their past conquerors once they secure the belt in what looks on paper to be an entertaining contest.
