Manny Pacquiao is under no illusions of the task he faces as the WBO welterweight champion gears up to trade blows with the number one nemesis of his career in Floyd Mayweather Jr this weekend.

The 36 year-old has broken tradition by watching videos of his opponent in the build-up, and after being made a 2-1 outsider to inflict a first defeat on Mayweather, is going to go all out to crown his unbelievable C.V with a greatest win.

“I have watched tape on Floyd to make sure that our strategy and technique in training camp is correct,” said Pacquiao.

“My entire career defines my legacy; I have already accomplished great achievements in my career while excelling in different weight divisions. This fight is an additional achievement in my career; it’s the biggest fight in boxing history.

“I can say that beating Floyd would be the biggest victory of my career.

“For me, boxing is my passion. I enjoy boxing and giving honor to my country of the Philippines. My concern is to bring an exciting fight to my fans. My first concern going into every fight is how will be to be able to entertain my fans, give them enjoyment and make them happy.”

‘Pacman’ has the vast majority of fans on his side as the hours tick away until the first bell at the MGM Grand, although a recent WBN poll of various boxing personnel saw Pacquiao gain just 15% of the vote. Mayweather, 38, looked in amazing shape as the pair made weight, although everything previously mentioned goes out of the window once the first big punch lands on Saturday night.
