Karo Murat fights Benjamin Simon in Berlin on Saturday night

Karo Murat returns on April 25 at the Columbia Hall in Berlin. For the fight against Benjamin Simon, Murat has prepared with his former coach Ulli Wegner.

“It can only be better that we work together in boxing,” says Murat’s promoter Erol Ceylan, who organizes the fights together with Sauerland Event. “Karo has shown good performances in recent years with Ulli Wegner, so we are happy to be working together again.”

“Benjamin is in very good shape. We have found Karo Murat makes some mistakes that we will exploit in our favor,” said Simon’s coach Adnan Ă–zcoban.

Simon has lost only one of 26 fights and has been high in the IBF rankings. Karo Murat lost twice fighting for the world championship and has fought a total of 29 times as a professional in the ring. The winner of the fight moves back into a top ranking position with the federation.

“It will be a battle,” Benjamin Simon promises. “For both of us it’s about everything. That makes the fight so special. “

Also featuring is Nikola Milacic (21), a great talent fights for the ninth time in his heavyweight career against Zahit Uzunkaya, whilst Tyron Zeuge tops the bill against Nikola Sjekloca.
