Smithy's Promotions 13/03/2015

The weights are in and its time to fight! Australian Champion ‘Iron’ Will Young and challenger Luke ‘Action’ Jackson both looked fit, strong and extremely focused when they jumped on the scales for the official weigh in.

Young might be the defending champion, but he’s certainly the underdog. Jackson is a heavy favourite to take the belt back to Tasmania.

This one has been billed as a fight of the year candidate with Young declaring he will be at his pressuring best – vowing to apply relentless attack against Jackson.

In the other title fight it’s WBC Youth Silver World Champion Brayd ‘The Great White’ Smith against Filpino World Boxing Federation International champ John ‘Mulawin’ Moralde.

The victor will walk away with the WBC Asia Continental belt and a top fifteen World rating.

Both boys are also undefeated and both looked in tremendous shape on the scales today. Somebody’s ‘0’ is going to go in this one!
