Young super-middleweight contender Tyron Zeuge made hard work of taking out journeyman Baker Bakarat as the German clinched the vacant IBF International title at 168lbs.
The 22 year-old seemed to take his foot off the gas when potentially in a winning position on more than one occasion, but ultimately came through in the ninth round.
Referee Joerg Milke eventually had seen enough following eight one-sided sessions and pulled a battered Bakarat out to hand Zeuge a fifteenth career victory.
Earlier, featherweight Dennis Ceylan could only manage a draw with Cristian Montilla as the Dane’s 12-fight winning streak since turning pro came to an end. The 25 year-old wasn’t his usual self in there and came away with a split decision stalemate, although a rematch may now be on the cards.
The undefeated Gevor brothers, Noel and Abel both recorded victories in their respective bouts as the prospects came through Ismael Abdoul and Attila Palko over eight and six rounds on the cards.
Also on the bill, 2012 Olympian Stefan Haertel got off to a winning start in his professional career with a comprehensice 60-53 points triumph over Olegs Fedotovs.
