Tyson Fury predictably stole the show on Monday afternoon as the undefeated heavyweight squared up to rival Dereck Chisora at a press conference in Kensington, London.
The highly-ranked former Irish champion proved to be more than capable of being his own promoter for his fight with Chisora as Fury ranted and raved throughout proceedings in bullish mood.
Fury, 25, even went so far as too wage a £100,000 bet with ‘Del Boy’ such is his confidence and belief in his ability to defeat Chisora for a second time, having already decisioned the Londoner in 2011.
Granted that Chisora was in far worse shape physically than he is now and both fighter’s have bags more experience – for what should be a highly entertaining clash if the media exchanges are anything to go by.
Even Don Charles, Chisora’s trainer got involved once Fury offered to trade punches right there and then with ex-world title challenger Chisora and hosts Frank Warren and Jim Rosenthal duly wrapped up proceedings before things got any worse.
