Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has been moulded into his own toy doll for his upcoming animated series announced by Adult Swim to be shown later in the year in the US.

‘Mike Tyson Mysteries’ will be broadcast in half hour-long episodes as the one-time ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ attempts to put right the wrongs in a ‘Scooby Doo’ type take-up aimed at over 18’s.

Along with his companions, the Ghost of the Marquis of Queensbury and predictably, a pigeon, Tyson will hit the screens like never before complete with a new trademark blue tracksuit to boot.

The 48 year-old, who has also branched out into acting following a disappointing end to his boxing career, will be available to purchase in doll form for $25 at this month’s Comic-Con at the Entertainment Earth booth from July 23-27.

It’s far cry from the persona Tyson put on during his time in boxing as the New Yorker regulary got into scrapes himself with his in and of out of the ring antics and offensive comments.

Recently in a Q and A with Reddit, Tyson admitted his regret at saying he wanted to eat old rival Lennox Lewis’ children prior to their highly-charged clash in 2002.
