WBO lightweight champion Terence Crawford looks in tremendous shape ahead of his first title defence as the talented American prepares to face Yuriorkis Gamboa in Omaha this weekend.
Crawford, who dethroned Ricky Burns in Glasgow, Scotland to claim the belt, has been training hard in a bid to retain his status and possibly set-up a unification fight later in the year.
Opponent Gamboa is settling in to the 135lb limit after a spell as unified featherweight king and interim holder at super-featherweight, with the Cuban putting his own perfect 23-0 record on the line at the CenturyLink Center.
Both fighters were visibly sharp at the media day in Nebraska on Wednesday and seem focused on providing a Fight of the Year contender for the fans on Saturday night live on HBO.
Crawford v Gamboa is live on HBO from 10pm ET/PT and also on BoxNation in the UK from 1.30am BST. To subscribe click BoxNation.
