Browne: Audley should retire, but I’d happily KO the smart ass!

‘Big Daddy’ has been left bemused as the Briton fixates himself on a fight between the two as the ex-Olympic gold medallist looks to comeback yet again from a dismal ring display.

Harrsion, 42, was blasted out in just 90 seconds a year ago when facing the formidable Deontay Wilder in Sheffield, and after being called ‘a clown’ by ‘A-Force,’ Brown says he would enjoy shutting him up once and for all.

“Audley is obviously trying to start something he can’t finish,” Browne told World Boxing News.

“I think it’s about time he retires myself, but I’m always happy to knock smart asses like Harrison out.

“I remember James Toney called me a clown and ended up not being able to talk after our fight, so Harrison should be careful what he wishes for.

“I have my title fight coming up and I am out to impress. I am going to put on a good show and Harrison can watch the fight and see what he could be in for if he fought me.

“As for whether the fight will actually happen, well that’s completely up to Hatton Promotions as I get no say in any of my fights,” he added.

The 34 year-old, who is undefeated in 19 bouts, boasting 17 KO’s, tackles Canadian Eric Bahoeli on April 26 for the Commonwealth belt vacated by one-time Harrison foe David Price.
