Heavyweight knockout artist Deontay Wilder has given his take to WBN on the recently announced rematch proposed for the summer between rivals Tyson Fury and Dereck Chisora.
The 30-0 puncher is expected to land a world title shot in 2014, having previously been linked to an encounter with both fighters in the last twelve months and now has Aussie Lucas Browne calling him out.
It is yet unclear when the ‘Bronze Bomber’ will grace the ring again as we see if anyone can go past four rounds with the Tuscaloosa native, although Wilder certainly stirs up much-needed interest in the top division.
“I don’t think much of Fury and Chisora fighting each other again. They could have sex with each other for all I care,” joked Wilder before moving on to Browne, who had some interesting words for him on WBN earlier.
“If you are asking me if I would fight Lucas Browne then the answer is Yes! But I would consider fighting him, any and all.
“Once this world title belt is mine they all will have to come through me so they better be careful what they ask for.”
On his return Wilder added: “I may be back in the ring soon as we got a lot of great stuff going on right now. We are working on a new plan so I am letting my team do their job.”
The 28 year-old is monitoring the situation with the WBC as Bermane Stiverne and Chris Arreola have been put forward for the vacant title this spring and Wilder is one of the chasing pack in line to face the winner later in the year.
