Andy Lee lands slot on David Haye v Tyson Fury PPV card

The 29 year-old former world title challenger, who recently hooked up with Matchroom Boxing, is two fights in to his comeback from as loss to ex-WBC king Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and will look to make a big statement in front of the Sky Box Office cameras.

Lee has been constantly linked to a clash with new stablemate Darren Barker since inking with Eddie Hearn and could conceivably be in line for the winner of the Londoner’s upcoming bout with IBF champion Daniel Geale later this month in the US.

A big win will be needed for both to keep the two on a collision course for the end of the year or early 2014, with an opponent to be revealed in the near future – along with a rumoured array of Hennessy Sports fighters.
