Former world title challenger Danny Williams will continue with his ‘final’ career fight against Dominic Negus, despite agreeing to face Deontay Wilder victim Kelvin Price in Klimovsk, Russia on Saturday week.

The 39 year-old clashes with compatriot Negus, 42, on June 22 in a bout to televised on Eurosport, with Williams also opting to take on Price in a higher profile outing beforehand.

Organisers of Williams v Negus, Box Office Promotions have assured WBN this week that the ex-British title holder remains committed to the Negus fight and that it will go ahead as planned.

Next opponent Price, 37, held an undefeated record until running into the ‘Bronze Bomber’ Wilder in December last year, and like all before him, was duly knocked out by the top ranked contender.
