‘Del Boy’ handed Czech at Wembley Arena

Chisora, 29, has his licence revoked for antics surrounding his clash with Vitali Klitschko in February 2012 and despite fighting on under the Luxembourg Boxing Federation’s banner, is now firmly back in the reckoning with the BBBofC.

The Finchley fighter enters the ring for the 20th time in his career later this month against the big-punching Czech, who has amassed a 32-3 record, with 22 stoppages on his way to a reign as WBO European heavyweight champion in 2011.

The 28 year-old has lost to Denis Boystov, Rene Dettweiler and Konstantin Airich since turning pro in 2005, but with no major scalps on his record, Chisora will be confident of claiming his first win since August 2011.

Nathan Cleverly tops the bill in defence of his WBO light-heavyweight belt against mandatory challenger Robin Krasniqi, with Liam Walsh v Scott Harrison added to the Wembley Arena card over the Easter weekend.

The Frank Warren-promoter bill is to be shown live on BoxNation and also features Frankie Gavin, Steve O’Meara and the recently-signed Joe Murray.
