Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn is gearing up to announce his latest big-name signing and has told WBN that he is receiving plenty of approaches.
Rumors are rife that George Groves, 24, will make the move to Matchroom from Frank Warren Promotions although Hearn was giving nothing away on who will be in the hot seat at this Monday’s press conference.
“There has been massive speculation about Monday’s signing, we look forward to announcing him to the media live on Sky Sports on Monday,” Hearn exclusively told World Boxing News.
“It’s exciting times but this is only the beginning. We are getting over a dozen requests every week from top quality fighters wanting to join the team.
“Anyone who we recruit is going to get an unbelievable job done for them. To get every chance to succeed and fulfill their potential.”
