“April 27th does not seem to be a possibility for Alexander v Brook as it would become too expensive a night with the fights already scheduled,” Schaefer told World Boxing News.
Alexander, 25, had been linked to a fight against Floyd Mayweather on May 4th in Las Vegas, which now seems highty unlikely to happen after the WBC and IBF expressed their opposition to the fight taking place.
