Adrien Broner was arrested by police in Atlanta on Monday night as the multi-weight champion found himself in trouble again.
'The Problem' just can't seem to stay off the radar of the authorities having been taken into custody several times over the last few years.
According to TMZ Sports, Broner allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at a shopping mall before being picked up by security soon after.
Fulton County Jail
The woman claimed Broner 'inappropriately groped her' before the pair engaged in a heated war of words captured on camera.
Broner denied any wrongdoing but was subsequently charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and taken to Fulton County Jail with a 9am court date set for Tuesday morning.
Only last year, Broner was arrested for allegedly punching a man on the Las Vegas strip and just doesn't seem to be able to keep his nose clean.
The 28 year-old from Cincinnati last fought when beaten wide on points by Mikey Garcia in July 2017 and is scheduled to fight Omar Figueroa Jr. in April.
Signed to Premier Boxing Champions and linked to the Showtime network, Broner has been given chance after chance and may now be running out of lives.
First claiming a world title back in 2011 at super-featherweight, Broner was since claimed championships at lightweight, super-lightweight and welterweight.
Once touted as the natural successor to Floyd Mayweather, lifestyle distractions have been the downfall of what could have been a standout career inside and outside the ring for Broner.
Representatives of Broner are yet to comment on the incident.
