Tyson Fury offers to help Joseph Parker take down Anthony Joshua

The 29 year-old is in line to make millions from a massive UK bout with Joshua in 2018 or 2019, although wants to help Parker in training camp for his Cardiff clash with the three-belt title holder.

“I’ve got a show (Q & A in Portsmouth) on the night your boxing in England but if you want I’ll come spar you when you’re in UK training for the fight,” Fury tweeted Parker.

“It will help both me and you, you won’t find better sparring than me I promise you.”

Parker is a massive underdog to dethrone Joshua in what is one of the highlights of the UK calendar in the first half of this year.

The New Zealander has the opportunity to walk away with four versions of the top division crown, and if victorious, it would be interesting to see if Fury puts their friendship aside in order to face Parker himself.

Fury and Parker enjoyed an infamous ‘bender’ in Manchester when the latter defeated Hughie Fury, Tyson’s cousin in September – even posting out a video on social media of them doing the ‘Haka’ together.

After being cleared by the British Boxing Board of Control to regain his licence, it’s full steam ahead for Tyson in his bid to get back to the top.
