The 29 year-old is training for a first fight in over two years in the spring of 2018 as Fury builds towards a career-biggest payday against his arch-domestic rival.
With Joshua talking percentages with the likes of Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder for the coming months, Fury has revealed his own numbers and could potentially throw a spanner in the works of getting a deal done.
“Anthony Joshua will except 40% of our fight and will walk first and be announced first. I’m the biggest fight out there for these guys by double. You heard it here first,” stated Fury, tagging both AJ and Eddie Hearn in his social media post.

Matchroom boss Hearn is a stickler for his fighters getting the thick end of the wedge in any negotiations, especially when it comes to star fighter Joshua, whose pulling power is massive in the UK.
Fury even attempting to get anything more than 50% and a lesser cut of the Pay-Per-View could shut down talks before they even get going and leave British fans without the biggest fight out there on UK soil.
Many see Fury’s attempts to make a return to the ring as a money-making exercise following two years of living extravagantly, and pricing himself out at this stage could just be his way of warning Joshua not to be too stingy with his offer.
At the end of the day, it will be Fury who must agree to fight on Joshua’s regular Sky Sports platform and ‘2 Fast’ who will be the challenger in any blockbuster event.
Walking second or first isn’t too big of a deal for either in the grand scheme of things, although with Joshua being the current ruler, it’s hard to see him backing down to Fury at any point during a future agreement.
