Tyson Fury channels Arnie: Tells public ‘I’ll be back’ after reversing retirement again

The 29 year-old confirmed he was happy with his latest decision to retire over the summer, although told the public at a speaking event he would fight once he gets his license back.

British Boxing Board of Control officials, along with representatives of the UK Anti-Doping Agency, have stalled in setting up an independent hearing for Fury, which means the former world heavyweight champion is currently in limbo.

That didn’t stop Fury from sending out a warning to the likes of Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder despite ‘2 Fast’ piling on the weight since his exile.

“I think they are all bums,” outlined Fury. “I reckon personally on my night in the heavyweight division I think I’m capable of beating anybody.

“I don’t fear nobody – and especially not some pumped up weightlifter. That’s for sure.

“I am what you call the pitbull of the fighting game. People wanna see it.

”When I get my license back and I get fit again and I get this five stone off – what did Schwarzenegger say? ‘I’ll be back’.”

Fury last fought when taking Wladimir Klitschko’s belts in November 2015 before being subsequesntly stripped or relinquishing his titles.

Several attempts to speed up a comeback have failed, leaving Fury further and further away from getting himself back in fighting shape.

Fights with Joshua and Wilder would be worth millions to Fury, which leads most to believe the ‘Gypsy King’ will begin training seriously once his license situation is ironed out.
