Tyson Fury takes toys to children’s hospital as comeback training continues

The 28 year-old is currently in training for a planned comeback in the spring or summer of 2017 but took time out to give something back to his community.

Boasting a car full of toys for the kids, Fury headed off to visit those less fortunate than himself, in a move which is not uncommon but rarely reported in the mainstream media.

Most like to focus on some on the negative aspects of Fury, like his weight gain since defeating Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015 and subsequently calling off two attempted rematches.

Suffering from depression and failing to cope with his achievements, Fury was forced to give up his titles and re-evaluate his life, which hopefully is now back under control.

Fury tipped the scales at a whopping 350 pounds following over a year out of action but is now on the road to getting back to full fitness.

“Another great morning in the gym. Feeling great. Working really hard. Being fat is great as you have something to aim for and can see results,” said Fury before adding: “Walk in my shoes for eternity forever a legend. There will never be another Tyson Fury. (The) most controversial champ in history.”

Boxing needs characters like Tyson Fury involved rather than not, and with fights against Tony Bellew, Deontay Wilder the winner of Anthony Joshua v Wladimir Klitschko all on the table, the future of the heavyweight division will only become more exciting in the future.
