Khan turns attention to Garcia, Peterson rematch, Brook or Bradley

The 28 year-old recently announced that he would be pulling out of talks with ex-training partner Manny Pacquiao over a spring 2016 bout and is looking into the possibility of attempting to rectify one of his three losses.

“I already had a back-up plan drawn up in case the Pacquiao fight didn’t go to plan, so we are looking at a Danny Garcia rematch,” Khan told The National.

“I also would like to fight Tim Bradley; that’s another interesting fight. A rematch with Lamont Peterson and, of course, Kell Brook is also another option.

“I am willing to fight anyone, but it seems not everyone is willing to fight me,” he added.

WBO welterweight title holder Bradley fights Rios on November 7, whilst Danny Garcia is mulling over his options following an impressive debut at 147 against Paulie Malignaggi. Peterson makes his full debut at the welterweight limit this weekend against Felix Diaz ahead of UK rival Brook facing Diego Chaves on October 24 in Sheffield.

Khan is hoping to fight in December, which would place Garcia as the current favourite.
