Hector 'Macho' Camacho added to WBC Convention

One of the greatest boxers that will attend our annual 49th WBC Convention (from December 11 to December 17) Hector “Macho” Camacho, confirmed his attendance.

Like other great champions, this won’t be the first time he attends. He has joined us in several times all around the world, and then again his presence will have the hierarchy he has always had.

The southpaw who was born in Bayamon 49 years ago, will attend a very familiar place for him, Las Vegas has been the place where he has fought the most important and outstanding bouts of his career, where he conquered three championships in several divisions ( superfeather, light and superlightweight)

Camacho who had a great defense and hard chin, faced the best boxers until last year. He fought with Sugar Ray Leonard, Julio Cesar Chavez, Oscar De la Hoya, Roberto “Manos de Piedra” Duran, Felix Trinidad, Vinnie Pazienza, Luis Ramón Campas, Ray Mancini, Jose Luis Ramirez, Greg Haugen, and “Bazooka” Limon among others.

Since now we anticipate an amazing welcome for him as he deserves it, he has been one of the best boxers of Puerto Rico. He fought his last fight in May 24, 2010, when he loss against Saul Duran by decision.
“Macho”’s record is of 79 wins, (38KO’s) 3 draws, and 6 losses.
