US-based Pole back after two years

Four-time world heavyweight title challenger Andrew Golota is back in training for his 52^nd professional contest following more than two-years out the ring since his last bout against Tomasz Adamek.

The 43 Year-old Pole, who infamously lost twice to Riddick Bowe in the mid-nineties, is returning for one last shot at a world title and will be hoping to secure his first win since 2008 in his first bout, which could happen before Christmas.

Chicago-based Golota is eyeing a slot on the undercard of Andrzej Fonfara’s ten-round light-heavyweight bout at the UIC Pavillion and could confirm the opponent details in the coming days.
