The partnership between Hall of Fame trainer Emanuel Steward and Miguel Cotto is over.

Pedro Luis Diaz of Cuba has replaced Steward and is training Cotto for his 3rd December rematch against Antonio Margarito at New York's Madison Gardens.

Diaz has worked with former world champion Joel Casamayor and three time Olympic Champion Felix Savon. He also worked as a trainer for the Cuban national team.
