IBF champion makes first defence next month

Newly-crowned IBF featherweight champion Billy ‘The Kid’ Dib is to make the first defence of his red belt against the undefeated Italian southpaw Alberto Servidei on November 19^th in is native Sydney, Australia.

The 26 year-old won his first world title in July, overcoming Jorge Lacierva to claim the vacant belt at the Olympic Park Sports Centre and now faces his first challenger to his 126lb crown.
