Former world super-featherweight champion Roman ‘Rocky’ Martinez returns to the ring for the first time since losing his title when he fights in Bayamon tonight.

The 28 year-old recently joined Bob Arum’s Top Rank stable as he looks to get back on track following his first career defeat to Ricky Burns and forms part of a huge Puerto Rican bill the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez.

Martinez (24-1-1), who lost his WBO title to the Scot over a year ago, decided to stay at 126lbs and goes up against Nigerian Daniel Attah in his 27th professional contest.

The bill is topped by the featherweight contest Juan Manuel Lopez v Mike Oliver.
